When did you start eating creamy Peanut Butter? How about almonds or other kinds of nuts? Thanks in advance!

I used PB2 in my shakes but real Peanut Butter and nuts, not until after 6 months.

I ate PB at a bout 5 months or so. My stalker nutritionist also cleared me for nuts. I have found that they are sliders though, so I don't eat them often.

I have had smooth natural Peanut Butter in the purée phase with no trouble. A tablespoon of it is a great dessert.

Peanut Butter is on my list for purée stage. I found powdered peanut butter at whole foods, it's 35 calories/ tablespoon. And it has like a fraction of the fat! U add Water to it and get it to the consistency you want...and it's delicious!!!!

I make a smoothie with 6 oz 1% milk (or skim), 1 scoop Protein Powder, 1 tsp Peanut Butter, 1/4 c. banana, 1/4 c. ice cubes .... It really is a nice blend with the peanut butter. Just gives it enough of a kick. Just takes a long time to drink it LOL

I didn't eat Peanut Butter till I got to goal. Too many calories for too little Protein in my book. My program counts Peanut Butter as a fat, not as a Protein.< /p>

I started Peanut Butter with the soft food phase. My nut suggested it to get more calories.

Natural nut butters (peanut, almond, walnut, cashew - no sugar or oil added) are allowed by my NUT starting week 3 (soft foods).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
