Peanut Butter?

When did you start eating creamy peanut butter? How about almonds or other kinds of nuts? Thanks in advance!

I used PB2 in my shakes but real peanut butter and nuts, not until after 6 months.

I ate PB at a bout 5 months or so. My stalker nutritionist also cleared me for nuts. I have found that they are sliders though, so I don't eat them often.

I have peanut butter quite often and almonds about once a week. I am almost 12 weeks out.

I have had smooth natural peanut butter in the purée phase with no trouble. A tablespoon of it is a great dessert.

I also had smooth peanut butter starting with my soft food phase and had no problems...haven't tried nuts or raw veggies yet

I was allowed to have it starting in my puréed phase but the first time I tried it, it didn't go down real well..so that willbe one I will be putting off before I eat it again.

Peanut butter is on my list for purée stage. I found powdered peanut butter at whole foods, it's 35 calories/ tablespoon. And it has like a fraction of the fat! U add water to it and get it to the consistency you want...and it's delicious!!!!

I was able to at 3 weeks by my nut guidelines . . .it is one of my go-to's . . .it goes down easy & I love pb!

I make a smoothie with 6 oz 1% milk (or skim), 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/4 c. banana, 1/4 c. ice cubes .... It really is a nice blend with the peanut butter. Just gives it enough of a kick. Just takes a long time to drink it LOL

I didn't eat Peanut Butter till I got to goal. Too many calories for too little Protein in my book. My program counts peanut butter as a fat, not as a protein.

I started Peanut butter with the soft food phase. My nut suggested it to get more calories.

Natural nut butters (peanut, almond, walnut, cashew - no sugar or oil added) are allowed by my NUT starting week 3 (soft foods).

I'm 17 days out and I can have it. I just have alittle with a triscuit or 2 and its a great snack. I had no trouble with it

I love peanut butter, but didn't start eating it until I reached goal. I eat it sparingly due to the high calories. 100 calories for one TB. Ugh!!!! I did buy a jar of the Pb2. I had little home I'd like it, and probably not if I was eating a PB&J sandwich but on a graham cracker, it's a lot of bang for your buck, not bad at all. (hubby likes it!)
