I am 4 1/2 months out. I lost 20lbs before surgery and 90lbs since surgery. Total of 110lbs. I am at the gym or running laps around the park 5-6 times a week.

My surgery date is next Friday, June 7... one week to go!

I'm 9.5 months post op and have been battling for the last 4 months plus. I'm 167cm and 50kg with a bmi of less than 18. I am still trying to lose weight, against medical advice.

I'm two months out and have lost 54 pounds so far. I just started to try bread again and noticed after eating tuna and crackers that I gained a pound. Really discouraging and will not be eating bread/crackers again.

I have been right at 15 pounds away from my goal for about 6 weeks now. I have been slacking though, I need to get back into the groove of things and drop those last pesky pounds!

Surgery date not until September. I am spending this time conditioning myself for my lifestyle change. Drinking more water and no sodas. Trying not to eat as many unhealthy carbs.

I am 9 weeks out today and 52 pounds down.

I am 20 months post op and at goal weight........but am considering a few more lbs to lose. This is my new addiction....always wanting more....... :)

I am 6 months out and down 69 lbs. 39 more to go.

I am almost 6 months out and 14 lbs from perfect goal and 19 lbs to my ... do not get to warning goal. I have a tendency to over do things and never be happy so I promised my family I would have a red number not to get to.
