I m really having trouble logging. It seems so difficult to me. I know it will get easier.

I looked in my book for Havarti cheese. There was a huge difference between what the book said and what MFP says. So you have to weigh things like a piece of cheese that was cut at a deli counter?

Yep. I bought a scale online from Amazon about 10 bucks. I was amazed how much things weigh. :(

I see that the original post is over a year old, but I'm hoping that their are some veterans out there using MFP. I'm 20 months out. Desperately looking for ideas of what successful days look like. MFP user name is deedeemuffin. I would love to have some people in my circle. Vegetarians exceptionally welcome! :D

I can't seem to find where your MFP username is listed. I would love to add you since you've been so successful and eat vegetarian. :) My username is deedeemuffin. Thanks!

I was on fitday for many years... just switched to MFP at the beginning of this year and like it so much better. My fitbit hooks up to MFP so I can keep track of my input and output and better balance them. LilMissDiva is there too FYI.

I KNOW there are more people still logging than this...come on peeps ;)

I'm 1 and half years out, still logging and weigh every day. Still within 3 pounds of lowest weight, below goal! Also a vet and 67.

I log everything I eat on a daily basis. It helps me to stay on track of calories and exercise. I'm 18 months out and 126-128lbs down.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
