I just count it my calorie intake. I try to inhale it, it is so good. But I gotta have the kind that has the fake butter. I know not the healthiest but I want some flavor.

Haha, I can eat a medium bag at the movies now. Takes me the whole movie but yum yum! I don't have it often, but it is good. It's very important to learn to manage your favorite foods because as time goes by the sad fact is that restriction for these foods will not be enough to keep you from gaining weight.

I do enjoy treats but I have managed to stay at my goal weight for a year. When I see the scale creep up, I back off. I know this is what people who manage to stay at the same weight do too, so I don't feel all deprived and bitter about it.

I know some people hate the popcorn slider, but I'm kind of hoping it's one of mine! My fiancé and I love the movies but rarely get to go because of work schedules, and it would be nice to have that popcorn treat when we go. Everything in moderation!

The kernels that make a giant bag are only like 1/4 cup. That's it's ultimate volume in your stomach I would think. It's just puffed with air.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
