I saw one recipe on pinterest using the wraps with prego sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. They were excellent and fun to serve. Hubby liked them. Can really only eat 2 or 3 so it's a good treat. I baked them in my tabletop convection oven. Linda
I also tried the one where you stuff into cupcake pan and make taco. That was good to. I would think kids would like these. We liked them.

This isn't about watching people eat, but sorta related.
I have already found myself noticing people like me (obese) and wondering what their story is and what they want to do about their weight, too. its a very weird feeling that I feel ashamed of I just feel like I am on the road to feeling better physically and about my appearance, and I wish that for them too, but its very patronizing and I need to cut it out.
I think its kind of like the phenomenon of when you have a new car or something and suddenly notice that car everywhere. I think it will fade. I am counseling myself about it.

I agree that this isn't a "warning", it's a part of you... a wonderful and well put together person. Speaking only from my experience and not meaning to offend anyone, I suggest you wait for marriage to take things to the next level. My husband and I decided to abstain while we were dating and we are both soooooo glad we did! We have been happily married 10 years now.

Well I'll go out on a limb here and say YES, you are over reacting. Some people are just insensitive jerks and usually end up in lower paying service jobs like the restaurant industry.
Just brush them off and YOU take control of the situation. You have every right to vent but just let it go after that. Little things like this can eat you alive if you dwell on them and you now have a big challenge ahead of you post op. Concentrate on that.
    Good luck friend!

Not only is it fun to need smaller size underwear, the style options in smaller sizes are so varied. I have been buying a couple of pairs in a few styles as I have been shrinking - to see what style I like. It has been so many years since I was concerned wtih that kind of thing!
BTW - no thongs for me - on my feet or elsewhere. :-)

I was just watching TV, and a Weight Watcher's commercial was on...the guy in the commercial said "you know when you need new underwear, you've lost alot of weight" or something to that effect. That's hilarious! I asked for new undies for Christmas because all of mine were so saggy in the hiney. Just thought that was an awesome thing to say because I could relate so much!! Hope you all need new undies soon!!! :-)

I can see that your BMI is lower, (32 now?) So you will definately lose more slowly. Keep doing what you are doing and it will come off! It seems horrible and heartbreaking at the time but the scale WILL move again! I had 3 weeks with zero loss and I thought I chopped my stomach out for no reason-- but then the scale moved again! You will lose the weight. Hang in there!

I buy at Target and Walmart, with the occasional find at Ross or TJ Maxx. I buy the jeans with stretch at Target and get them very tight. At first, I don't dry them in the dryer, as the become looser, I dry them in the dryer to get a better fit for a little longer. Once they get baggy even when the first come out of the dryer, I buy a couple more pairs. I usually find them for about $15 per pair, so it's not a major investment. I buy a couple of sweaters and several t-shirts at Walmart or Target and layer stuff up. I can get quite a few looks out of stuff with scarves, jewelry, and just mixing sweaters, t-shirts, and jeans.
I don't dress up much and nomally I would keep one dress up outfit but I haven't been doing that because there is no sense in buying one in each size. I figure if I need a dress up outfit, I 'll just run out and buy one that fits right then.

Um, hard to believe her because if your surgeon uses a 30 bougie then how could she eat the whole thing? Not possible. We all know it is not. Sounds like a fish tale.

I love my sleeve, and I bet you will too. Your date will be here before you know it! ....some studies show that lower BMI patients have better success with the sleeve then higher....
