I can literally make 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon in less then 5 mins.

I probably will stay on Protein Shakes for breakfast since I'm not a big breakfast person. Maybe you can prepare breakfast the night before and just heat it up in the morning.

Handful of granola in a Greek yougart. Cottage cheese and fruit. Boil half a dozen eggs at a time so they are always ready. R/F cheese sticks

I am terrible about breakfast. I have a pre mixed shake now every morning. I drink Rockin Refuel Muscle builder, it's made by Shamrock. 190 calories per bottle, and 30 g Protein lactose free. If I don't grab one of those, breakfast is out the window unless it's a weekend and I go out with my husband.

I usually just nuke 3 turkey sausage links or grab a Protein Bar.< /p>

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
