I can literally make 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon in less then 5 mins.

I probably will stay on protein shakes for breakfast since I'm not a big breakfast person. Maybe you can prepare breakfast the night before and just heat it up in the morning.

Handful of granola in a Greek yougart. Cottage cheese and fruit. Boil half a dozen eggs at a time so they are always ready. R/F cheese sticks

I am terrible about breakfast. I have a pre mixed shake now every morning. I drink Rockin Refuel Muscle builder, it's made by Shamrock. 190 calories per bottle, and 30 g protein lactose free. If I don't grab one of those, breakfast is out the window unless it's a weekend and I go out with my husband.

I usually just nuke 3 turkey sausage links or grab a protein bar.
