Moved to Jan 2013 forum. Congrats on your upcoming anniversaries!

I am three weeks away from my one year anniversary. I have 116 pounds gone. Still weighing 217. Up and down five pounds most all fall. I would love to be under 200 by check up but not realistic. Im picking at choc and sugary things more. Restriction still there most times. Head hunger is a battle daily. I hope to reach goal of 180 by june.

I'll be at my year mark on 1/29 - very happy with my results and I eat everything in moderation, always have since my surgery and it's worked well for me! So happy I made this decision ~ very happy for everyone here who has traveled with me!

Hello Room I had my surgery Jan 8th and am only down 56 pounds I am so frustrated and almost regretting having the surgery!! It almost seems like the only thing I gained was a smaller stomach where I can't hardly eat anything!!! Please help is anyone else experiencing this I need support I'm so emotional right now and I feel like a failure!!!

I had my surgery jan. 21st. I have only lost 57 lbs and nothing in the last 2 months. I am going to kick up my protein and water and hit the gym harder to see what I can do. I am 4'11" and weigh 158. Dr. Goal is 141 so still 17 lbs to go and I made a more aggressive goal for myself of 130. Disappointed I am not there yet but not giving up.

Surgery was jan 21 135 pounds gone fir ever

Are you getting your protein and water in?? That makes a big difference when you don't see the scale moving.

One year is 1/16. I am down 126 since surgery and working on my last 6 lbs. Felt so good for the first time in forever that my resolution is not to lose weight. Hope to get healthier by working out more and running a few 5ks. This surgery has changed my life. Eat healthy most of the time but do not limit myself. Everything is moderation.

My surgery was a year ago Jan7. I have 128 pounds gone. Got 50 plus more to go. I lost 100 first six months and 28 the second. I hope to lose 25 this next six months.

my one year is Jan 21st. I'm down 78 pounds, to 154. I'm 5'6, so I'd like to lose at least 10-15 more. here is a chart showing my monthly losses and what I plan to lose the next few months.

January 11th was my one year anniversary. I am down 109 lbs. with 36 lbs. to go. Slowly, but surely. A tummy tuck should take a few pounds off, as well! lol

I had my anniversary on 1/9 and have lost 102 lbs. Gone from a 46 waist to a 36 waist. Feel great and wish I had done this earlier in my life. Doctor is pleased with my labs and my weight loss (72% of excess weight gone). Their goal was for 70% of excess weight to be gone in a year. They said I need to be at a weight that I was comfortable maintaining. If I felt like I could lose another 10 pounds and maintain that would be great but at my age (57) they could be happy at my present weight if I can keep it there. Loving life.

Iweighed 266 pre op, day of surgery 242, @6months 195.6
