I would do it 100000's times over! I've had no issues, and am well over a year out (surg date was 1/29/13). I've reached my goal and feel great in body, soul and mind. I eat what I want, just a lot less of it. Life is good, and I thank God every day for my sleeve!

I wouldn't say that I've personally become more moody, but would admit to becoming more vain LOL!

What a difference a year can make - here I am at Christmas 2012 and after Christmas 2013! Thank you all for the support and for the ones who doubted when I said "I eat everything in moderation" - well - judge for yourself whether or not that taco bell taco hurt me at all LOL! I've been doing wonderful post surgery and consider my surgery a real success - ready to ring in the new year and loving my new life! 1/29 will be my official one year - Merry Christmas everyone and I encourage you all to take the journey - you won't regret it. I'll be at my year mark on 1/29 - very happy with my results and I eat everything in moderation, always have since my surgery and it's worked well for me! So happy I made this decision ~ very happy for everyone here who has traveled with me!

Congrats to all! I'm doing good too! Surgery date 1/29 (no pre op diet) and down 53 lbs from 223 to 170lbs. Size 12! I am SO HAPPY! Wanting to get to a size 10 or 8 for goal, but happy if I stay this weight too.
