  3. Are you RNY or Sleeve? I was soooo constipated after my sleeve (9/12) it took me almost 2 weeks to poo and it was miserable - even after taking softeners. Consider yourself lucky! ???? Make sure you compensate with extra fluids, though...to avoid dehydration. Hope you feel better soon. Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App

  6. Laser hair Removal should be no issue at all. For the Plan B, I'd just ask your Dr. Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App

  15. Could be low blood pressure after losing weight. Are you on or still taking any blood pressure meds? Are you dizzy after standing up? Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App

  18. I think your body is just recovering & adjusting. Are you also walking? You should really consider moving to a different Dr... Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
  19. Thanks for posting this question! I had started my period a few days before my surgery (9/12) and have just now stopped. Very very heavy at times, too. My surgeon just told me to see my Gyn and she didn't seem to think it was surgery related - interesting. Glad to know I'm not yhe only one! Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
  20. I was sleeved 9/12 and have so far lost 21lbs (Yay!) but haven't lost any in the last 10 days (frustrating!). Was wondering, when other sleevers experienced their first stall...and how long it lasted. I've been walking but have transitioned to mushy/soft solids but havd not exceeded daily caloric guidance...but maybe just transitioning after liquids made me stop? Thanks!! Just hoping it picks up again, I still want to lose another 30-40lbs. ???? Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App

  22. I've tried the "unflavored" unjury but still find it to have a strong flavor. I spoke with my Surgeon yesterday and he recommended I visit Vitamin Shoppe and buy/try a variety. Trying IsoTech42 Fruit Punch but am having same repulsion/nausea trying to get it down. I do have some anti-nauseals that were prescribed but they make me so sleepy. Sigh. I only have a week to go to mushies but this is tough. Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
  23. Had to finally take a stool softener/laxative 10 days post-op. Hadn't gone since morning of surgery and was feeling terrible. When I finally was able to go it was the dryest, worst poop of my life and took me about a half hour. And it smelled of chemicals, it was awful. Don't go too long otherwise it just gets worse. 24. I'm 2 weeks out - surgery was 9/12. Anyone else have problems with nausea? I struggle to drink enough Protein as I am constantly nauseated. I've tried different Protein shakes, powders and drinks but the strong atificial flavors, chemicals and fake sugars in them make me feel horrible. Initially Premier Protein chocolate was my go-to and it was good but then I tried a Premier Protein vanilla and didn't like it and since then they all make me feel vomitous. 25. Premier Protein chocolate is good. I drank 1/2 of a vanilla Premier Protein and for some reason it made me nauseated for several days. ???? Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
