3/19- doing okay here. As of last week I'm down 25 lbs. I didn't weigh myself this week. Harddddddd time drinking Water only because I have no desire for fluids or food. I never get all my water in and lucky if I eat 2x's a day and that's forcing myself. This has always happened to me post previous surgeries. Besides the eating and drinking situation, I get head spins now (6 days) when I lay down or roll over in bed (vertigo)? Other than that all is well. I hope everyone else is fine.

I can't believe it's been a month n two days since March 19th. But I can tell by my body that I've loss 54 pounds all together. Start weight was 274. Surgery weight was 253 and my Current weight is 220. This surgery is truly making a difference in my life. I've went from a 3x to a 2x. I've went from a size 42 pants to a size 40 pants.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
