I like to say I am still carrying baby weight but my daughter is now 17. I have tried many diets and various fitness centers and the weight just seemed to keep piling on. I got diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago and that was the final straw. I am doing this for me and to get healthy. i choose to be around to meet my grandchildren one day and I want to be able to run around, play with them and spoil them!!
