5 months! 85lbs gone

My starting weight was 331 on 9-25-12; im currently @ 249 as of today!!! Which is 85lbs gone with 56 more lbs 2 go!!!! Jus an update!!!!

Honestly idk!!!! I wud say the heavy cardio and exercise but I have noticed its slowed down bc I can eat more... but ill b back on fruits n veggies next week

Yea, I was a die hard fan of In Living Color and MadTV. Sat Night Live just doesn't have the kind of humor I like.
