    I dont track it.. and im pretty sure I get more than 800 calories. .. I eat often which the dr says helps... I do 1 hr of high intensity cardio class every day

    Honestly idk!!!! I wud say the heavy cardio and exercise but I have noticed its slowed down bc I can eat more... but ill b back on fruits n veggies next week
