It has been 6 short months since surgery n I have lost 101lbs!!!!! Life is great!!! [ATTACH]10854[/ATTACH]
I dont track it.. and im pretty sure I get more than 800 calories. .. I eat often which the dr says helps... I do 1 hr of high intensity cardio class every dayThanxHonestly idk!!!! I wud say the heavy cardio and exercise but I have noticed its slowed down bc I can eat more... but ill b back on fruits n veggies next weekNo secret @ all... jus lots of exercise.... ive had 2 r 3 stalls!!!! HATE IT!!!Sorry 246 as of today!!!!My starting weight was 331 on 9-25-12; im currently @ 249 as of today!!! Which is 85lbs gone with 56 more lbs 2 go!!!! Jus an update!!!! Christmas marked 3 months 4 me.... Im 5'9 Start 331 Now 268 Pounds lost 63 Pounds to go 78 This was the best gift I cud have ever give myself!!! [ATTACH]7460[/ATTACH]
I started @ 331 and im now down to 272.... which is 58lbs!!! I hope to be down to 255 which will b 75lbs lost by new years
