Thanks guys! I thought this was a very restricted diet. I believe that 1,000 calories a day should be fine and 60-80 of Protein and 30-45 of carbs. I so very much agree that this process is about lear
Just wanting to compare. I just had surgery on Feb 12th. Feel like I'm doing well. Here's what my doctor has printed out for the first year.
400 to 600 calories per day
No more than 15 carbs per day or 5 per meal
No bread, rice, Pasta or noodles for a year (because of the carbs)
No beef for a year.
No diet soda ever again
Only fat-free milk, yogurt, etc ever
60 to 80 grams of Protein per day
64 oz of fluids per day.
What does your diet for the rest of your life look like?
