I'm out! Feeling great! At first my chest hurt due to the gas but with pain meds I'm good! Nurses are nice and friendly

Oh... I know the feeling!! Scared and anxious. I had mine also Jan 8!! Anesthesia is great. You will do fine. Just ask for pain meds!! They help so much and expect gas pain and tenderness!! Morphine works on it well!! I threw up the first night and it was not that bad.. they have medicine for that!! It will be over before ya know it' date=' remember to take walks and pass gas.. small frequent sips! Good Luck and you will be soooo glad you did it!![/quote']

How has it been since your surgery? I had mine the 15th and have lost 35 lbs. including pre-surgery weight loss. Are you tired? I have been back at work but have had to rest after half a day.

So far so good. I had my first "meal" today. I was full with 2 sips of a Soup and one sip of crystal light water! I wasn't allowed to eat yesterday but I wasn't even hungry
