3 months post op-what is everyone eating?
I'm a little over 3 months out. For breakfast I have an egg with laughing cow cheese. For lunch I have a Quest protein bar, and dinner is meat and veggies. If I get hungry between meals, I'll have some yogurt and fruit.

Hormones
My first 6 weeks after surgery was like that too. I hated everything one minute, and was so emotional the next. I'm 3 months out now, and everything has seemed to level out. The first 6 weeks are tough. Hang in there

FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
Hang in there. Your nut can get you back on track I was sleeved on 2/18, and have done pretty good until yesterday. My boss brought me a big piece of cake with buttercream frosting. I should have thrown it away, but instead I picked at it until I ate all of it. Then for dinner we had pizza, and I felt that old mentality of "well you've already screwed the day up" creeping back into my brain, and I ate a piece of pizza I went to bed stuffed and so mad at myself. Today is a new day and a fresh start!

Hi Crystal. Have you had your surgery yet? If so, where did you have it at? I had mine at Wesley. Great to hear from someone close to home

slow losers discouraged?
Sleeved on 2-18 too. I'm down 46 lbs total including pre-op. Our stats are pretty close. You look great!

How does it feel to be full?
For me, it's almost a feeling of pressure right above my chest. It feels different than the "full" feeling before surgery.

So depressed
For me, 6 weeks was a huge turning point. I got my energy back, and was able to eat easier. Hang in there, and remember that it gets better.

When I was banded they told me I wouldn't be hungry either...
I am 2 1/2 months out, and I get hungry. I wish I didn't But luckily, it takes a lot less to be satisfied. Unfortunately, I do get ravenous if I go too long without eating. But I don't require volumes of food to satisfy. I'm 43 lbs down.

I'm sleeved may 1
Congrats!!!

February Sleevers
Sleeved 2/18 down 42 lbs...Our stats are almost identical. And yep, should be exercising more too.

ouch
Great job losing 18 lbs. I was sleeved 2/18 and down 42 lbs. My biggest complaint the first 5 weeks was how tired I was. I wanted to take a nap every day. But feeling great now!
