If you are talking about the davinci or tori, I think they are to change or add favors to your protein shakes..that is the sugar free ones.

You can get sugar free ones at walmart, they have a few flavors, its a way to add different flavors to shakes, yogurt etc..I also use baking extracts.. couple drops of banana flavoring in a chocolate shake mmm

I have tried a few but have not had good success. I have no idea how much to add, so with my finished product im not sure if it's yucky cuz I didn't put enough or I put too much. So if any of you can give us measurement guidelines that would be awesome. Thanks in advance

I use the sugar free syrups in my Greek plain yogurt to flavor it. I use about a tablespoon in a half cup. My fav is vanilla bean:)

I use my lil food processor and 'shave' my ice-- for a 'snow cone' I then put in a bowl or cup and use 3-5 tbsp of Torini syrup-- vanilla is fav- Carmel was just ok!
