Great idea!

Feeling good....getting my liquids and Protein in! No nausea, no vomiting. Still a bit tired, but hey, it's only been a week. Even had a normal BM (never thought I would be so proud of poo - ha ha).

I've even lost 5 lbs from surgery day to today....yes, 5 lbs in ONE WEEK! It still seems too good to be true. This may be the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I got sleeved the 8th fun fun liquids for 3more weeks yaya. I have had pain but am pretty much ok. How is everyone else. Tell me when do you all get mushy foods. Not really hungry but curious lol. I like that I have somewhere to vent my emotions other than telling everyone in facebook land look at me I got sleeved. Good luck to you all and stay in touch hugs. Can't wait to hear your stories in months to come when you hit some great goals in weightloss.

Tomorrow is my surgery date. I am ready. I've been ready almost since I've started this process. I am sick of huffing up the stairs, having trouble with socks and shoes. Had my first elevated A1C a couple of months ago but all fasting blood sugars are still ok. Had my first elevated cholesterol level several months ago. My knees have been bothering me progressively worse over the past year. I learned that my stress incontinence is as bad as it is because of my weight. My husband says I snore. Yes I am ready! I am doing this for my health, for my life. The nice side effect will be the loss of weight and nicer clothes but not my reason for doing it. Have found myself to be a little tearful the past couple of days. I'm not afraid of surgery. I think it's just the major change coming. Could be the pre-op liquid diet. LOL. 0800 tomorrow morning my life will begin to change for the better.

My surgery is scheduled for the 26th also. I start the 2 week pre-op tomorrow. At least my husband won't be home this week, he'll be out of town on business. Can't wait for 2 weeks to pass!

i was sleeved on the 7th. down 14 lbs total since the start of pre-op diet and down 3.8 lbs since day of surgery! i am doing good, off of pain meds but having trouble getting in all of my liquids/protein. i keep sipping but after a few sips i feel full.. like im going to explode.. haha. so i have to stop, walk around a bit and wait until that full feeling goes away. im also glad to have this support system here! :)

DivaNurse.....you rock!! I have lost 23 yes folks 23 lbs on 3 weeks time!!!! OMG!!!!! I went back to work today 1 week post op and lasted 4 hours!!! Maybe I'm trying to hard to get back to normal but let me say I have gone from size 22 dress pant to size 18 today and I'm loving it!!!! I have to honestly say that even though I have a physically easy job take two weeks off because the energy isn't back yet!! I love you guys!!!! I couldn't do this without you!!!!

I was also sleeved on the 4th. I haven't weighed in a few days but I was around 29 pounds lost ( pre and post op). Feeling okay physically, I over did it today and am paying for it. On the bright side my kitchen is spotless.

Look forward to keeping up with everyone.

I had my surgery feb 6th. So far I'm getting in all my liquids, protien has been a little issue since it fulls me really fast. But I am trying. As far as pain, I still have a little pain in my tummy. Also when I drink I feel some pain down in my stomach for like 3 secs. I don't know what's that about. Maby cause I had a hernia repiar?? I can sleep on my left side now yeaa. Lol. I can tell I'm losing already, and it hasn't been a week. I know I'm losing inches. Also I been having diarrhea smh. Is that normal?

I'm also trying to be creative with this liquid diet, its getting boring but I don't have much choices. All in all I feel great, a little weak though. I am greatful to god for getting an opportunity to have surgery and get a second chance.
