  3. Hi! I am 7 months post op and 14 lbs away from my goal weight! I just found out on Friday that im pregnant! This will be my 2nd child and I am very excited. This was not planned, especially only being 7 months post op. Im not excited abt weight gain, nervous abt being healthy for the baby.. i guess nervous in general too!

  6. Congrats! You look great!! Thanks for the inspiration! I am 24 yrs old, 5 days post op. Starting weight (pre op diet) was 253.4 and today I am 236.8!
  7. i was sleeved on the 7th. down 14 lbs total since the start of pre-op diet and down 3.8 lbs since day of surgery! i am doing good, off of pain meds but having trouble getting in all of my liquids/protein. i keep sipping but after a few sips i feel full.. like im going to explode.. haha. so i have to stop, walk around a bit and wait until that full feeling goes away. im also glad to have this support system here!

  9. I work out at brickhouse cardio club off main and teel. Check it out! It's Zumba, kickboxing, yoga, cardio classes (boot camp pretty much). I don't know if you're into that stuff but its fun! I hurt my ankle 2 weekends ago and haven't been able to go bc it was so swollen. I'm excited to get back into my routine and keep it up before I get sleeved early February!

  11. I'm in Frisco! Surgery date is 2/7/13 With Dr Jayaseelan in Dallas. I cannot wait! You all sound like you're doing awesome! Keep up the good work!

  13. Yes! I agree! Thanks for posting this! I am pre-op.. Surgery date is feb 7th. I am doing a lot of research and preparing myself, especially for those first weeks post-op! good luck to you and your journey!
  14. The date is set! February 7th!! I cannot wait! Even though I'm nervous at the same time, I know this is going to change my life for the better!!! im counting down the days!! Anyone else out there have a February surgery date?
