Just wanted to share this pic with the intent I can encourage someone today..

My hair falls out when I wash it. I take Biotin faithfully and try to only wash it twice a week.

I eat what I want but in smaller portions

I did for about a month. I'm not at this time. I hate to admire that part. I do have a lot of loose skin that bothers me..

I call them boils. Not sure what the proper medical term would be. However, if it gets worse and doesn't burst on its own, you will have to go see a physician and he will put a pin in it.

Eventually. It will burst on its own. Sometimes, laying a hotttt rag on it will bring it a head where you can more easily bust it or it may burst on its own from the heat.

Sharing these pics with the intention they encourage someone about the procedure.. I was sleeved August 22, 2012. I weighed 292 lbs at the age of 24. I was wearing a 3XL in shirts and 24 in pants. 5 1/2 months later, I weigh 209, wear a 10 in pants, and a medium in shirts! Tell me who wouldn't wanna look better and feel better. Tell me what y'all think.
