  2. Just wanted to share this pic with the intent I can encourage someone today..
  3. My hair falls out when I wash it. I take Biotin faithfully and try to only wash it twice a week.
  4. I eat what I want but in smaller portions
  5. I did for about a month. I'm not at this time. I hate to admire that part. I do have a lot of loose skin that bothers me..
  6. I call them boils. Not sure what the proper medical term would be. However, if it gets worse and doesn't burst on its own, you will have to go see a physician and he will put a pin in it.
  7. Eventually. It will burst on its own. Sometimes, laying a hotttt rag on it will bring it a head where you can more easily bust it or it may burst on its own from the heat.
  8. Sharing these pics with the intention they encourage someone about the procedure.. I was sleeved August 22, 2012. I weighed 292 lbs at the age of 24. I was wearing a 3XL in shirts and 24 in pants. 5 1/2 months later, I weigh 209, wear a 10 in pants, and a medium in shirts! Tell me who wouldn't wanna look better and feel better. Tell me what y'all think.

  13. I'm 2 weeks post op and my stomach makes crazy noises too. Matter of fact it's doing it now
  14. I have never heard of truvia but I will look into that! Thanks for all the replies! I love this support group I'm 2 weeks post op and I've lost 24 lbs so far
  15. I'm 2 weeks post op. I can't get down even half the amount of fluids required
  16. I understand that I am not to have sugar and drink sweet tea. However, if I'm drinking 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet tea, where's the harm? I need honest opinions bc that's the only thing I can keep down !
  17. Vomiting is a sign of a leak. I would get with my surgeon immediately.
