  1. Not only am I a slow loser but I most days only get the three meals in. My nutritionist is more or less unexperienced with the sleeve because I was one of the few first at a place they normally did lapband. Wish I didn't feel so disappointed in myself.

  5. I can walk around wal-mart without stopping at my back hurting, for being so heavy that I have to use their electric carts. Makes me happy really. Small but it makes the sleeve worth it.

  12. Gallbladder for sure. I had a tube inserted but the sleeve I didn't. I have had two csections and the pain of the gall bladder tube being pulled out was worse than labor pain before they decided to do a c section. Sleeve is different for everyone. But I did ok. Besides the weak feeling. But major surgery will cause that.

  21. I get so happy looking at my plate and only eating maybe one fourth of what my friend does. Hearing from my buddy are you sure you are full. It just is amazing the food doesn't consume my life. Even if I am starving I can't over eat... is great. How do you all feel about leaving food on the plate? I was always told never to waste food now I don't mind.
  22. I shouldn't eat bread and normally I avoid it. I chew it up enough that it doesn't hurt at all. Plus one slice is enough
  23. I must be a slow loser but I haven't done any workouts of any kind... so 10 pounds... for the first month doesn't seem good at all. Any advice would be appreciated thanks dears. And I totally forgot about me one week check up to add that so down 18pounds and 20 on pree op diet.. fun fun.

  27. Eeee my friends I have always been bigger out of all my friends and still am. Only been out of surgery since feb 8. You know they say you find out who your friends are when you need them most. Well I have 5 bffs. People I have known for 8 to 10 plus years. One friend went totally nuts on me because I was always weak and didn't want to spend time with her four days before surgery she nearly got kicked out of my life. She even went on a so called diet to spite me cause she is afraid I will be way thinner than her... as if my body type would allow that. One friend who is nearly the same size as me got so distant when she heard I was going to have it. I am a big girl and always will have a big girl heart. So why do those friends and family act like it will effect them. Oh now I will lose weight and be the one getting attention when they always did. What jerk offs. I don't want to always be the fat friend. Well the other three bffs are absoultely wonderful encouraging in everyone true angels. When I had doubts I talked two those three.
  28. Yeah people can really suck it. I was told that crap by a few distant family members out of spite and jealousy. Cause it is oh so easy to have a life threatening surgery and deal with the pain that follows the near 5 to 6 week liquid diet. Hell I would like one person to just do a liquid diet for a month and not cheat not crave food and not cry. Such BS really. I said oh well to those negative ppl. Surround yourself with positive and postive will become your new lifestyle. But seriously I want one more person to tell me it is easy I will probably get locked up for assault lol. Jk good luck to all of you wahoo two more weeks until purees already been on liquids for nearly a month.
