lame

Not only am I a slow loser but I most days only get the three meals in. My nutritionist is more or less unexperienced with the sleeve because I was one of the few first at a place they normally did lapband. Wish I didn't feel so disappointed in myself.

Make a choice NOT to be disappointed in yourself! Be proud of what you've accomplished and all you've conquered so far!

Are you getting enough protein and enough liquids? Have you been reading posts here? Minimum 60 -80 grams protein and 64 oz liquid a day. When were you sleeved? Ask questions here and others will be glad to answer.
