Ok so I am feeling myself a little bit today....65lbs, crossed my legs without having to sit on my hips first......lol you know what I am talking about and yesterday brought some new scrubs pants....used to be 4x now we wearing x-large......To God be all the Glory......

Updating.....I'm sick have been for about a week. Not really sure whats going on, still losing weight but I feel awful I was scheduled for an ultrasound on the 8th of April but they have moved it up to tomorrow, they are thinking my gallbladder, ulcer, or some other craziest, even dehydration. , I dizzy all the time, don't want anything to drink or eat, i just want to sleep if I could sleep, i average 2 or 3 hours a day, I look like a raccoon from lack of sleep, I feel like garbage...I just want to feel better, so between feeling sick for more than a week, Having Lupus and fibromyalgia is not helping. I just want to feel better, and continue on my journey. On a positive note it feels no nice to fit clothes that I haven worn in year, down a couple of sizes and feel good about that, ok I gotta hit the bed, before I pass out, because right now that is how I feel. If you know how to pray please pray for me................Thank you

T minus 7 hours and I am still awake, put a load of clothes in the washer. I am I don't know, I guess I should try and get some sleep. Imma try and lay down for a bit.. Life changes are a trip, good bad and indifference......IM READY

You have truly said a mouthful. Here's the thing I truly get your point. I am still pre pre-op if that makes sense to you and I am sure it does. Today wasn't son good a day but not a bad day, I got my protein is and some carbs, but not that I think about it after reading your post, the carbs I had today was as much carbs as I had all week last week. I am typing post sleeping pill so bear with me....lol...I totally understand and agree with your point. No one ever said we couldn't have or eat anything, we just have to modify how we do that's all. I love orange slices and prior to the seminar back in dec I could eat a hole bag in about 2 days but closer 1., But to date I brought a bag of oranges slices about a 1 week ago and I still have that bag which is about half full still.....I call that PROGRESS for me, just learning my new normal way of living.
