9 Months Progress Photo/-172 LBS

  • Popular Post

I always liked seeing photos pre op...hell I still like to see them now. So here you go!

I just under 9 months out and down 172 lbs (about 20ish pre op). I follow the 600 -800 calories/+60 protein/+64 oz fluid/-40 carbs. I haven't really exercised and maybe walk a couple of miles a week. I am overall more active and I do plan on starting regular exercise soon. I have had off plan days but I can count the number of "cheats" on both hands. I wanted to get to a normal bmi quickly and this is what has worked for me. I am a few pounds away from "normal" and want to lose about another 20. Enjoy!

Did you have to have any cosmetic surgery? You look awesome

Ha! You made my day! No cosmetics. My saggy, flabby, skin tucks nicley into my pants and shirts. I swore that I wouldn't be sad and not enjoy the weight loss because of the extra skin. It is an easier promise to make than to keep. ;-)

Holy crap! You look fricken amazing!!! Wow! All that hard work has paid off! What a huge transformation! So so happy for you. You must feel amazing!!

What has been your favorite thing since shedding over 150 pounds?

Great question! I think being "normal" has be the best friggin' part of the weight loss. Looking and feeling normal ...yep thats it!

You look amazing!!! Congratulations on an awesome loss!!

You are an inspiration!

Thank you sooo much for sharing. You look absolutely beautiful! What an inspiration. I looked at your pics and couldn't close my mouth I was in shock. Great job!!!

You look amazing! I'm starting out at 50 pounds lighter than what you are, but I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach like you did. Is your stomach skin terrible? I know saggy skin is inevitable, but I can dream that maybe it won't be as bad as I think!

Amazing and inspiring :)

My stomach skin isnt terrible. I really thought it would be much worse. In clothes I look normal and if I wear a spanx type thingy.. I almost look skinny. When I get to goal maybe I will be brave enough to take some skin pics. I was always curious about what people really looked like after a big loss.

You look awesome keep up the good work!
