9 Months Progress Photo/-172 LBS

  • Popular Post

I always liked seeing photos pre op...hell I still like to see them now. So here you go!

I just under 9 months out and down 172 lbs (about 20ish pre op). I follow the 600 -800 calories/+60 protein/+64 oz fluid/-40 carbs. I haven't really exercised and maybe walk a couple of miles a week. I am overall more active and I do plan on starting regular exercise soon. I have had off plan days but I can count the number of "cheats" on both hands. I wanted to get to a normal bmi quickly and this is what has worked for me. I am a few pounds away from "normal" and want to lose about another 20. Enjoy!

Hey Hollirrose: You should post some new pictures? I know how inspirational your success is not only to myself, but everyone who knows you.

I will really soon! What can I say, I'm a picture ***** now. ;-). I was waiting for "goal"...about 6 lbs away. It is crazy how quickly sizes go now but not weight. This post was a little over a month ago and I was excited about wearing a 10. I'm now in a 6!... I still look like a linebacker on top and wear a large and if vanity sized a med top. Thanks so much for the encourgement.

I can relate to the crying over food because I cried over cheeseburgers post op day 2!!!!

It does seem funny now but it sure didn't that day!!! I have 1/2 a cheeseburger every once in awhile and still chuckle about it.

Life is so good now..... And cheeseburgers do not hold the same appeal that they once did!

I love that the sleeve has helped me to explore so many other wonderful things in life again!

Oh and you look even more fantastic than u probably feel! Congratulations!!!!

ahhhhhhhmazing!!!! What an inspiration you are to all of us!!! Great job!!! If I look half as good as you do when I'm done with all of this mess I will be one happy girl :)
