Congrats on your weight loss. This is one of my concerns too and I'm not even at my goal weight yet. Interesting to know what they are doing to up or maintain the weight.

I'm wanting to buy it to, just wondering if we do buy do we still take the biotin?

I looked up in YouTube but haven't seen any that have used it that have had weight loss surgery. I am almost 4mo out and am starting to loss alot more hair. I take biotin and all my Vitamens and am eating as much Protien as I can.

Im just wondering if anyone has used this for thinning hair and loss, and if so does it work?

Hi I love this app. I just want to tell everyone thanks for posting your journey and sharing. I feal alone many times and come here to get inspired and answers of questions I have. I had my surgery in Mex May 16. Starting weight 256,I am down 40lbs and feel great. Some tell me I can stop now not to lose more /: and others say great job keep it up. I have had all sorts of emotions and pray I stay Stong in my new journey.
