Look at your carb intake, I cut almost all carbs and have lost a lot of weight and inches. Never under estimate how much weight you have lost, be proud of your accomplishment!

I think you are right, I don't think I am getting in near enough protein either, I haven't really documented it like I should be because I have been so busy at work and I decided to go back to school to get my MBA and found out I was accepted into the program at Texas A&M and start in July, so I have been a bit overwhelmed lately. I did actually weigh this morning and low and behold I was down 3 pounds, so I am now down 48 pounds. I started kicking my workouts up a notch so maybe that will help also, crossing my fingers I can get this weight loss into gear!! I do want to mention that I did actually go from a size 22 pant size to a size 16 and 14 in some, so I know that isn't something to sneeze at. I may just be too hard on myself, and letting that nurse get to me.

Don't get me wrong I'm excited at the success ive made but my goal is 160 perfectly I would like to see 140 but here lately now that I've gotten off a 100lb I'm starting to worry that I won't see either of those numbers :/

You will get here....look how awesome you have done so far :)

Finally broke out of the 180's. Weighed in at 179lbs this morning!

today I final broke out of the 190's ...189

Now I am going to shoot for the 170's :)

another stall. Ok it will pass right? my new goal is 175 by July 4th.

In 3 days i will hit my 6 months.. I had my surgery December 6th 2012 and I am so happy I did this I am down 78 pounds and counting. I still feel serious restriction even though I have no food intake limits. I just know to stay focused and continue to do what I have been doing I was really looking forward to being 80 pounds down by the 6th but my body just wont work with me lol..So I except my 78 and will continue to fight for the last few pounds to drop. Maybe in 3 days I can take off the last 2 pounds we will see..

You have done so well! Congrats on your phenomenal loss! Look at your BMI - You are no longer obese! So happy for you :) Tell me how it feels, I can only imagine, lol.

I know what you mean about the numbers, i always hope to hit certain numbers by certain dates, but I know that if we are doing all we can, then there is nothing else we can do to impact it. Our bodies can only lose so fast. But you are over 75% of the way there! How's that for a great number? Happy six months - and here's to the next few months when you will undoubtedly hit your goal!

Wow thank you so much for your words of encouragement they mean a lot to me since I am UNDERCOVER lol.. And to be honest it feels great but nothing beats seeing the photo results if it wasn't for photos I would never believe what I look like. I wish you well on your journey. And again I thank you.

Oh and by the way you appear to be doing great yourself I think as long as we stay focused we will all see our goal.

I haven't updated in awhile, but here's how I'm doing...

Sleeved 12/10/12

SW: 298

Sx Weight: 282

Today: 229

I'm at 69lbs total, 53lbs since surgery. I'm slow, but lose steadily at about 1-2lbs per week. I actually like losing at this rate because it's giving me a chance to keep my skin situation in check. I'm at the gym a few days a week and about to do day 20 of the 30 Day Shred. I feel great and love that I live a normal life with regards to my eating.

Okay so, i have not lost weight in 2 mos. and June 11th will be my 6 mos out. I was in my last semester of RN school and i totally stopped going to the doc, stopped checking forums, stopped being a sleever. I am 51 lbs down and my "honeymoon" is over. I called and made a appt with my doc and dietician and joined the gym today. I want to reset my sleeve and i saw that some people go back on liquids. Does it work? and how long? Anyway, I have to get back on track. I saw some old pics last night and i saw the sadness and misery on my face. I can NEVER go back there.
