Had my 6 month check up yesterday. Down 78 lbs since consult and 63 since surgery. Also down 3 pants sizes and two shirt sizes. Doc is happy and so am I. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Down 62 lbs......only 11 to go!!

oops! it was 63!! Even better

My surgeon told me to stay away from pasta and bread it will swell up in me and cause me to throw it up, since sleeve so narrow. Not good for me anyway. I do miss eating subs, oh well, I ate enough over the years so its all good.

Almost 30 more to go

Surgery Dec 26, 2012

All together down 110

Best thing I ever did :)

Hello all the December Sleevers!! I had surgery Dec 4, so roughly 6 months out now?? Anyways I started at 298lbs (41BMI) today I am at 188lbs which, for my height (I am tall), is a 26BMI!! I am happy to see so many people doing so well!! Keep up the fantastic work...have looked at a few of your before and after photos...you all look fantastic!!!

I have been stalled for a while but still all good. I was sleeved on 12/18 and am down about 71 lbs! about 40 lbs to go.

Surgery date 12-12-12 at 237 pounds.

Current weight 171

Total loss 66 and 34 more pounds to goal.

I haven't had any real stall, just slow and steady loss.

Hello Kit Kat

I too have been stalled for the last two weeks I've only lost half a pound frustrating but I know I've been there before.... the stalls .....and I'll get past them

I had my surgery on December 26, 2012...6 month on the 26th of this month

I am 5 foot 7

I've lost a total of 110 pounds this includes the 32 I did prior to surgery

I am down from 24-26 to a Regular large in lady skirts

And a medium top

I have less than 30 pounds to go.... And this is why hate stalls.... I know I need to add more calories.... But it is a challenge.... I am now up to between 700 to 900 a day

I weigh 186.5.. Next month is my birthday On the 19th... And I really want to be at 175 I'm trying to push :)
