Listening to "Stories" by Superchick and it made me reflect back as to what was my deciding factor for wls. Mine was hearing a radio show where an artist had the surgery and was explaining how it saved his life so he could raise his family and get his life back. That was my rock bottom, what was yours?

I always taught my children that the word "fat" was the "F" word and if they said it they would get in trouble. One day my 5 year old daughter said the cashier was a "tall" man...., he was short and overweight :-/

I'm 5.5 months out and having the same issue, started b12 shots 3 weeks ago and they help. I have also lost 12 pounds since I started them.

Keep the weight lost amounts coming December sleevers, combined we have lost 1,146 pounds, how amazing is that!

We recently did a biggest loser contest at my company and 77 people lost almost 800 pounds.... I was wondering what our total since surgery would be if we added it all up. I will start I have lost 80 pounds since 12/26/12. In a few days I will total it and I bet we have lost a few thousand pounds as a support group.
