I haven't had this problem exactly. In general, I can eat "normal" size meals (small but not absurdly small) and every now and then, something will surprise me and fill me up more quickly than normal. But, if I was only eating yogurt, I don't think I would feel the restriction. Maybe this is not a negative thing because it will keep your eating in check. It's harder when you don't feel the restriction on a regular basis.

Hi guys just wanted advise i am nearly 8 months out weighing 76.6kg and wearing top size 16 and size 18 for jeans. Is this normal clothes sizing for the weight?

If you could give ur clothes size and weight that would help.

I have the same issue as both of you. I was doing great' date=' weight was coming off at a nice pace, then I got a new job. It's been stressful to leave what I knew and take on a big project in the corporate healthcare world....and even though I'm still doing fine with diet, I find I have less time to exercise. I've really only lost a pound or two in the last 30 days. I think it has more to do with stress hormones than anything I'm doing, but it is just adding more stress. Vicious circle. Anyway, I think I'm going to need to figure out how to exercise more. I don't think it really has that big of an impact on weight loss (I never worked out excessively even when I was losing really fast) but I do think it will help manage stress and those cortisol levels, which might impact weight loss. And of course, burning those extra calories will help, too :) Hang in there.....we will all figure out how to manage life as thin people.[/quote']

I don't have a lot of time and read the book the cardio free diet, it has a strength program using resistance bands and only takes 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week. I have found that I am tightening up some loose skin :-)

Yes this happens to me a lot. Sometimes I am a bottomless pit. Other times my sleeve is a DIVA.

Yes your capacity will increase the longer you are out. That's why it's important to follow the rules of how much you should eat. Always Protein first until you hit your protein goal for the day. Fruits and veggies when you can get them in, as you can get them in. I find I need to eat more often during the day... not necessarily more. I fill up quickly, but two hours later I am empty and hungry again.

Ive been stuck for.2 months now=( my doc says its normal but im frustrated

At times I got stuck for several weeks at a time. The closer to your goal the harder your body hangs on to what you want to lose.

I've regained a few pounds. Still lost 90lbs overall, but I am going to have to change my exercise routine (again) if I want to see some progress. Sigh....

I too have noticed I can hold more, and I cant seem to keep my calories at 800 like they want me to. I'm eating around 1000-1100 mostly now. My weight loss has really slowed, too. Not exactly stalled, but more like a pound a week. It's going to take another year to get to goal at this rate. However, I've resigned myself to that, and this is a way of eating and a life style I can maintain forever. I'm very happy with it.
