1 year post op today. Down -105lbs. I'm currently hovering around 160lbs. I was able to get down to 155lbs, but it was hard to maintain. I'd like to lose another 10-15lbs....but we'll see.

I'm down a total of -103lbs and I think I'm ready to enter into the maintenance phase. Over all I'm happy with my weight and where I'm at. I'm excited to start the plastic surgery process and be bikini ready by next summer.

I'm 10lbs to my personal goal. It seems I only lose on days I eat like crap...lol. I'm currently in a size 8 down from a size 28 and currently in size small tops, down from xxl. I'm leaving for Amsterdam in 10 days and I'm so excited to be able to fit comfortably in the airplane seats. I'm finally living my life in stead of watching it pass me by.

I had my 6 month follow up appointment on Friday. I'm down 96% of my excess weight. I'm 4lbs from my doctors goal and 24lbs from my personal goal. I still have to do my blood work but they suspect that everything is fine expect my iron levels. After increasing my dosage the last 3 months my doctor is thinking I'll need iron injections. We'll see when my labs come back. Otherwise my doctor called my surgery a complete success. I couldn't be happier! Starting Weight: 265lbs Surgery Weight: 243lbs Current Weight: 174lbs
