  11. A lot of my weight loss surgery friends use Nioxin shampoos to help with the hairloss. I haven't persoanlly tried it though. You can go to their website and take a survey to figure out with hair product system would work the best for you. Amazon has it the cheapest. http://www.amazon.com/Nioxin-System-Cleanser-Therapy-33-8oz/dp/B000ZICQ36/ref=sr_1_1?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1366741752&sr=1-1&keywords=nioxin

  14. Has anyone gone back to the liquid diet to kick start things again? I've been stalled for awhile. I've increased my calories, water, protein and exercise but nothing seems to work.
  15. I'm 23lbs until I reach my doctors goal of 170 and 43lbs from my personal goal of 150. It seems like it took forever to get this far but I guess in reality it's only been 3.5 months...lol.

  17. I went to my 3 month post op last week and I am down 47% of my excess body weight (they like to see 30% at 3 months out). Yesterday I was able to ride with my kids on the rides at the amusement park with no issues and last week I made it into ONEderland. I went from a size 26w to a 14. I'm stoaked! Starting weight: 265 Surgery date: 12/20/12 Current weight: 198 Goal: 150 Height: 5 6''
  18. I don't really have anything set as far as a daily diet. I usually have 1 protein shake a day, a protein bar, baby bell cheese, beef jerk, lunch meat. I drink about 50oz of water a day and 8oz of 2% milk (I refuse to switch to skim...lol). I try and eat every 2-3 hours even if I'm not hungry. In the beginning I exercised daily, walking 2 miles a day. Nothing crazy 2-3mph, but I haven't been on the treadmill in 3 weeks and I'm still losing. Starting weight was 265lb.
  19. Down -60lbs. Surgery 12/20

  21. I was sleeved on 12/20. I've lost 47lbs, 27lbs since surgery. I've tried upping my calories, lowering my carbs, upping my water, exercising 2xday for 30mins. Nothing seems to move the scale. I've almost come to the conclusion that maybe I won't lose any more.
