Add a tbls of nut butter (i use no sugar added pnut butter) 1tsp vanilla 2tbls sweetener (I ad a little extra) 1tsp semi sweet choc chip Mix up with yogurt and it taste like cookie dough!) (close enough)

I didnt have a preop diet my surgeon was having to push it through so literally 2 days before my surgery I found out I was scheduled. ..im doing great I wish I had had one I think I would have lost more but ive lost 25pouunds since 12/17/12

Hi im 22 & had my surgery 12/17 im ecstatic because 12/22 I got engaged to my boyfriend and best friend of over 3years...im scared ill go crazzy!!! I dont want to but I know its a physical and mental change!

*I confess I cant learn how to eat right at the moment I still bored eat and dont know what to do. *I want a hamburger so bad and I get mad when my family eats steak that while im on protien, soft foods, and Soup. *I am scared I wont lose weight. *I confess I dont drink my Protein like I should. *My fiancee drives me crazy sometimes telling me how to eat. Hes ovwr protective

My mom had the band done and it slipped..now insurance wont approve to fix it or to get the sleeve instead any advice on ways to get approved???
