It's been a month and my boyfriend proposed to me and I couldn't be happier. I am still having back pains , but I now know what caused it and therapy is helping my back.

I'm 32lbs down and I need to loose at lease 45lbs by June 1st. My best friend is getting married that day.

I just bought sugar -popsicles and I have fallen in love. It's like heaven and only 12 calories. I feel like I made the right choice and I am loving life. Hopefully I'll be able to return to work next month.

I am 1 month yesterday and also 32lbs down... there really is nothing I can't eat, and I feel I can eat too much as a sleever!
