  1. I have'nt I know people who have and are not thrilled with the taste and say its exspensive. When the sleeve stopped working for me, I had gained 6lbs by end of March 2014. I started shakeology! i'm down 17lbs today! I am 1 lb away from my goal weight. If you interested.....http://www.teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/MDSUSH311G?referringRepId=389057 all but the chocolate are 130 calories, 17grms Protein, 6/7g sugars, 1/1.5 g fat The healthiest meal you will have all day
  2. Every time I have a doctor visit I tell him we need to redo my sleeve. I am 8months out, down 45Lbs, I am happy, however, i have taken up jogging and I'm thinking the weight should be just dropping off...NOT! I can intake too much, especially at work...when I'm home I do not graze, at work it is a struggle
  3. Good luck, I hope the scale is good to you!
  4. I spend many weeks stuck. Your progress is better then mine. I started 220 and down to 173 and its been 8 months. Maybe change something, exercise more or harder. I have to eat less

  7. I am 5 months out. I was like you, i wanted to know all possibilities so I was prepared. Knock on wood i have not had any of the side effects. No constipation no vomiting no dehyrdration. I take a tsp of metimulcil Twice a day. Its clear and tastless. I put it in my tea. I woke up in hospital with no tubes all was removed upon me waking up. I had no gas settling pains. Get up and start walking RIGHT away in hospital. Only had the soar incision where stomach is pulled thru. Other then that...this was easy
  8. I didnt have a liquid pre op diet, just a 1200 cal a day. Maybe because my BMI just met requirement...but I just wanted to say..please have NO FEAR of a liquid diet after surgery. It is easy. I never was a liquid dieter and that was my fear. But VERY EASY! And make sure u drink water after..dehyrdration is huge and can be painful. Force urself to drink water
  9. Dawn can you give an update on how you feel now? I'm 3 months out, no regrets and I think my DOC needs to take more of my stomach out. I've had No restrictions no problems with bathroom or dehydration. I drink plenty of water from day one. I haven't had a protein shake in a while because I'm eating enough food. But I feel my loss is slow and I know it's the choices I make. I hope all is well!
  10. I am down 32lbs in 3 months. I know it could've been more. I feel I can still eat whatever. NOTHING bothers my stomach. I am a grazer at work, a habit that I HAVE to break. I just started exercising the past 3 weeks, mostly walking..i wear a fitbit and work on 10k steps a day. I have many weeks where i gain and it stays with me for a week or so. Thats when i really want to kick myself
  11. Kyllfalcon...no stalls? U lost weekly? I just hit 13 weeks and down 32lbs. Which is average 2.46 a week but i have had a few weeks that i was up 2lbs. Or lost nothing. I know i don't always make the proper choices. I have started exercising! I started with a bmi of 40
