Gaining?

If 3500 calories makes you gain one pound, then why did I go from being 180 two days ago to 183 right now? I haven't eaten enough to gain that much weight, especially in such a short amount of time so how is it that I gained 3lbs in 2 days? I'm confused..

What kind of diet you are following? May be the diet is less but the items that you might have taken might be the source for increasing calories and that has made to increase your weight. So' date=' do remember the type of food you are eating.[/quote']

High Protein, low carb, and I don't eat more than 600 calories a day

As stated, water weight, in your bloodstream, colon and bladder. Also waste retention in the colon. It happens to all of us so don't sweat it, it'll come off.
