Hello everyone ! I'm so excited and scared and the same time. Well my date is set for January 16th. I will startup liquids on jan 2nd this will be for two weeks . Looking to see this new me and much more.

@Leeslipeek since we r having lapband on the same day in box me whats going on so we can compare notes.im so excited.

I'm just now a week post op.....and I must say the 2 week pre op diet was by far the hardest part of this journey thus far. Our minds are just so powerful....all u guys can do it, I have faith in you all. #teamMindOverMatter

Sleeved this morning.

Gas pain in back and shoulders.

I feel GREAT!! I even to a little stroll down the hall.

It was ok until four. Then my body said it was really hungry! I pushed through it, and went to bed without cheating. I try not to do too much sweeteners. I get nasty headaches if I do. I'm just keeping in mind that two tweaks will pass quickly, and it will be worth it!!

I'm new to this site . I'm getting sleeved on the 24 th. My Dr told me only to prep for24 hrs prior to my surgery. How long are you prepping for ?

I'm going from a lap band to the sleeve , I read that the weight loss is slower is that true ? I hope someone can help .. Thanks

January 29 in Juarez, Mexico. Nervous about liquid diet for two weeks. Have been trying to do lean and green, but find myself caving. Any tricks to sticking to it? It has been a rough week, all I want to do is eat!
