So an update - it took three ER visits, before anyone decided to take this seriously. Apparently I was bleeding and because I had been laying (and walking every 30 minutes as per the doctor's instructions) I developed a blood bruise on the left side. What made matters worse is there wasn't a CT Scan in the Las Vegas area that would hold a man of my weight and girth (guess fat people are just screwed in Sin City) and so I was admitte to the hospital for five days for monitoring. Now everything is 95% back to normal!

The only tube that I had was down my throat. They waited until I was under to put it in.

So I have been craving apple juice for some reason post-surgery and I was unable to find any when I did my pre-shopping that was sugar free and 100% juice. What has everyone else been able to find and where did you find it? Much thanks!

Hey Guys - I am 3 days post op. I had surgery on 1/29/13 and I noticed yesterday that my testicles are very enlarged. Has anyone else seen this problem post-operation?

The surgery went good. I've been up and walking around really well too. I slept in my own bed last night for the first time, as opposed to the sofa!

Hello Everyone - My surgery is scheduled for 01/29 and I've started thepre-surgery shakes. 3 a day!! I was wondering if there was anyone else on the shakes. I'm using the Biatric Advantage brand and originally got Stawberry and chocolate. I found the strawberry to be horribly disgusting. The other flavors is banana, vanilla and Orange Creme. Is there anyone else out there on the shakes and which ones doe you prefer?

I'm also from Las Vegas (SW) here and using Dr. Umbach. I have really enjoyed working with him and I agree Mindy is great!

I'm using Dr. Umbach for my surgery. I found him to be quite informative and he has a great office staff that works with you.
