I'm glad I'm not the only one. . I have an appt with a behaviorist . It has to end ( my stress eating )

I had my surgery the same day , and yes I've had a glass of wine or two . Honestly, I lost the taste of it . I used to have a glass with dinner every night. ( almost every night) now I only have it on special occasions. It doesn't taste the same for some crazy reason . I did feel warm and fuzzy after the one glass.

Hey guys long time no talk I've been struggling with this whole weight loss crap ! This will be a never ending battle ... Ugghhh... Sannah how are you ???? Have you delivered any stones , pebbles or boulders ? lol .. your in my thoughts I just started working out , I'm starting to really enjoy it . I was sleeved on jan24 and only 23lb weight loss sucky ( Laura how are you ?? I need some of your sense of humor , lately Ive been a butt nugget . Teehee.. I miss getting threads from you ladies . You always make me laugh and put me in a great mood .

Hi Sannah, I haven't been on too much , life is crazy here ( good crazy ) but I've been thinking about you .Im an Iv therapy nurse so sometimes I just sit in people's homes for hrs and reading through all your pain and stress . How frustrating ! I'm glad your eating and losing now . For every stone you pass you should name them I heard kidney stone pain is worse than child birth. my thoughts are with you . You are one tough lady ! The phrase "stay strong" is proven 10 folds by you. Good luck this week . I'm just thinking about you ttys

I had this happen to me and it was from dehydration . I did follow up with a cardiologist and a full work up .

Unfortunately,I have tried these already. This is my poison, the guilt that I had felt was not even worth it. This what made me fat in the first place and I cant believe I tried it again. It went down easily. Im 5 weeks out. I will be putting them out of sight . only reason why I have it in the house is so the kids can take it to school. Its all the baked stuff and I have the air popped popcorn without butter. Its still my poison. Im so mad that this still weakens me and takes over.

I told everyone I had my gallbladder out and my old lap band out with scar tissue. All not a lie. I did get the band removed with the scar tissue. I just didn't give the technical term .lol I feel its too personal to share with everyone.

Amy , this is the one thing when you look back you will be so happy that you did . I can only speak for myself, I was so nervous and anxious I was going to cancel the surgery everyday for about 2 weeks . I sat down and thought about it . I can't lose the weight on my own so this was my only solution . Once I had this mind frame all my anxiety went away . Yes, it's hard to travel hopefully someone will be with you. There are so many people on this forum that go to Mexico and they seem to be happy . I trusted my DR 100% so that helped. You will not only changing your life for the better , you will be changing your whole family's life ... Good luck
