Still On My Journey

I had my surgery 4mths ago abd feel like I should be a little further than this. My starting weight was 361 and now I am 275

You've lost 86 pounds....that averages out to a little over 20 pounds a month!

Ok I'm three weeks out I lost 10 pounds and today I woke up gaining a whopping 4 freaking pounds I'm so discouraged. I better not be on a stall this is slower than I expected I hear all these big numbers but mine is slow.
