  2. Yes it sounds right. It will get better. Once you get past say a month you will feel better but you will have new challenges so be prepared and keep reading and researching. It has its ups and downs but in the end it will be okay ((hugs))
  3. I am two months and some out from surgery and I am experiencing soar muscles big time!!! I was 265 post my one week preop diet now an 205 in a little over two months so I know I am loosing fast. What is causing the pain in my muscles? Is it lack of protien what is it? I am afraid Im loosing too quickly but I have always been a fast loser. I am acking in my calves and arms. Like wearing heels kill me and working out. Anyone can offer advice?

  5. Okay, I had my surgery on Oct 2nd preop 265 current weight 210 life is great right? I HATE food! I feel odd. I cant eat like everyone food makes me sick literally. I hate food. People say I look sexy good yadda yadda but I feel fat as all heck! I am getting depressed. What the hell is happening? I am mad. Help!

  10. breakfast: 1 egg, 1 mini babybel light 151 cal Lunch: creamy chicken Soup to go 150 cal Dinner: Starkist Tuna creation 110 cal MUST do: Isopure Protein drink 160 cal AND 40 gr PROTEIN! snack: SF chocolate fudge bar 45 cal My menu changes EVERYDAY and the only time I go over 650 cal is if Im trying to break a stall.

  14. It sounds like you are on the 3 week stall. I think we both did a good thing by putting the scale away. We just started our journey and are doing the right things, we just have to be patient I guess : ) after all we didnt put it on over night and we cant take it off over night.

  17. Okay, i loss 39 pounds to be exact the first month of surgery (10/02/12 surgery date), but a whopping, . . Drum roll. . . 4 pounds this month (13 days) I watch my cal, water and protien closely and I exercise 5 days a week. What is happening? I'm not at a stall It is just coming off extremely slow now : (
