  15. I have a question about water. After surgery I had a problem drinking liquids but over the course of one month I am able to drink water like normal. What i mean by that is I dont have to sip and I can drink and drink and drink. I can only do this with water no other liquid. Can I stretch my stomach like this? Am I messing up my sleeve in anyway by doing this? I dont drink with meals and I allow 30 mins before and after with no liquid.
  16. Yea me too!! It's not for most of us that we cant get the weight off its because we cant keep it off. I agree with everyone here. This is a lifelong change we want! 2,3 years from now where are those size 6 people. I swear people need to learn to zip their lips!!!!
  17. I used smooth move tea prior to surgery and it upset my stomach but all laxatives do so I don't take them. I drink water like it's going out of style instead.
