Sore anyone?

I am two months and some out from surgery and I am experiencing soar muscles big time!!! I was 265 post my one week preop diet now an 205 in a little over two months so I know I am loosing fast. What is causing the pain in my muscles? Is it lack of protien what is it? I am afraid Im loosing too quickly but I have always been a fast loser. I am acking in my calves and arms. Like wearing heels kill me and working out. Anyone can offer advice?

How much Protein are you getting?

I'd definitely check in with your doctor one way or another - general achiness can be a sign of lots of things, even ones unrelated to the surgery.

Yea I think imma call my NUT tomorrow.

Make sure you are getting enough potassium. Supplements don't always cut it. You may have to blend bananas. They don't hurt you unless you have a known kidney or heart condition. You should feel better tomorrow if that is the issue! Good luck!
