Do you measure each sip or do you just put it in a cup and sip. I'm 6 days out so I'm wondering.

I make sure I drink 1 medicine cup full every 15 minutes. Then I just switched to taking a sip all the time. :)

I just drink one mouthful from a normal bottle and know how many bottles I drink. I want to feel as normal as I can. I am 3 days out and feeling pretty great.

I had no trouble drinking and just swallowed mouthfuls pretty constantly. I would imagine measuring each sip and each ounce would be a pain and lead me to obsessing about it. Just drink and look to the final goal for the day.

I am still struggling to get my fluids in .... I'm 2.5 weeks out... but I'm having some other problems. But it is getting easier and I just measure a total at the end of the day.... good luck!! :D

I'm 5 days out. bought a sippy cup and it works great, it keeps me mindful of how much I'm drinking. Of course I guess I'll have to ditch it when it's time to go back to work.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
