How Do You Sip?

Do you measure each sip or do you just put it in a cup and sip. I'm 6 days out so I'm wondering.

I just drink one mouthful from a normal bottle and know how many bottles I drink. I want to feel as normal as I can. I am 3 days out and feeling pretty great.

I put mine in a 8oz glass & when I've finished it, I pour another. Congrats to you on your journey to the Loser's bench :)

I make sure I drink 1 medicine cup full every 15 minutes. Then I just switched to taking a sip all the time. :)

I had no trouble drinking and just swallowed mouthfuls pretty constantly. I would imagine measuring each sip and each ounce would be a pain and lead me to obsessing about it. Just drink and look to the final goal for the day.

I am still struggling to get my fluids in .... I'm 2.5 weeks out... but I'm having some other problems. But it is getting easier and I just measure a total at the end of the day.... good luck!! :D

Don't forget that sugar free popsicles & pudding/jellos count too!!

I have a big bottle w a spout that i got from Target. I know i have to drink 3 of those. Good luck!

I'm 5 days out. bought a sippy cup and it works great, it keeps me mindful of how much I'm drinking. Of course I guess I'll have to ditch it when it's time to go back to work.
