I Have A Question About Going To The Bathroom

Recommended Posts

Thanks everyone for the great advice. Ive been trying to drink as much as I can. I have not been dehydrated yet, thank God. I will try the MOM tonight and see what happens. I'm not really eating that much but I know I have to go. I can feel it. My tummy is full and hurts.

I wonder if part of this could be because of all the Protein as well? I remember when I tried Atkins...one of the main reasons I stopped was Constipation. Just thoughts....

Man I'm having the opposite problem and my hems are hurting and bleeding grrr

Are you still on liquids?

Good news- once you start eating that will go away

Bad news- once the Constipation starts, you'll wish you could go back to liquids.< /p>

I'm on iv nutrition or TPN I can try anything up to full liquids which does help a little but I'm just so swollen it sucks I'm either throwing up or diarrhea or both.. I have had problems with dumping since my gall bladder came out I was in the bathroom for hours at a time so constipation is wanted at this moment. But not lasting

This has made me seriously consider switching to the PPO coverage instead of H.M.O. that I have now!! WHY does everything have to be so complicated when it comes to insurance? :\ IDK if PPO would even be any better!

I'm going to a surgeon over an hour away, it worries me that if I have complications that I'll have to go that far to be seen. :(

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
